It's a meditation with an entire scientific principle behind it. Our previous Russian Division before their site got shoad, explained a lot of this stuff.

It enables you to raise the vibration of your soul. Albeit any meditation and Yoga raises your vibration. The meditation is specifically targeted at energizing you through the nadi network. It's a very advanced meditation with features involving energy, vibration, and as well as keeping your vibrations to the speed of light or faster.

I would caution people from doing it. Not to be disrespectful but I think MerKaBa is something very important. Your in essence messing with sacred geometry and numbers as well as vibration and energy patterns.

It's great for spiritual warfare but it might activate thoughts as powers. I think people should be completely 100% able to void/mindful/and at least control their thoughts before doing it.

It should come with a redflag sorta like the elements.

I'm not trying to add fear. I'm simply saying if your not mentally stable it could backfire on you.

As HP.Cobra said in his 2012 sermon. If a needle is thrown at a window can it break hell no. But the same needle vibrating at the speed of light might shatter a mountain. Higher vibrations = Higher physics.

Again I suggest you follow a better meditation and wait to do MerKaBa at a later date when your more astute.
