Mercury Meditation

I know this is late notice on this, but there are still more days to do this
before Mercury ends its stay in its home sign of Virgo. This meditation will
empower your important throat chakra, and your witchpower. The glyph for
Mercury is the horns, like the Horned Gods. Mercury, in addition to its
being the ruler of the throat chakra also rules the witchpower and acts as a
go-between in circulating the energy of the chakras with each other.

This meditation should be done on Wednesdays (ruled by Mercury), during the
hours of Mercury, while Mercury is in Virgo. Today, the 13th; Wednesday the
20th and the 27th. The meditation can and should be repeated each of these
Wednesdays for maximum effectiveness and power.

For the throat chakra meditation, vibrate:
AM, AAM, IM, IIM, UM, UUM, RIM, REEM, LRI, LREEM, EM, AIM, OM, AUM, AM,
AHAM several times in a row, focusing the vibration into your throat (5th)
chakra.

Then vibrate "Nebo" (pronounced 'NAY-BOH') 12 times, visualizing his color
of blue shimmering with silver in a brilliant light from your throat chakra.
(Inhale and with your exhale, vibrate "NEBO"
N-N-N-NAY-AY-AY-B-B-B-B-OH-OH-OH" into your throat chakra)

When you are finished, begin with your throat chakra and circulate the
silver ball of light you have just created there, through each of your
chakras several times, ending at the throat chakra.
