This meditation has to be done outside on the ground you can lay something down on the ground of you want you can also leave you shoes on sit on the ground put one foot one the ground with your chin on top of your knee now breath in from the earth into bottom of your foot take this breath all the way up to you knee into your chin then into the chakra you want or want or work on all 7 basically want your doing is breathing in energy from the earth into your foot like your foots absorbing the earths energy all way into your leg then the top of knee then take into chin now take it into a chakra you can use color of you want
