I’m curious to hear about people’s meditation schedules / routines at different levels of advancement
I’ve been dedicated for 2 months & after finishing the 40 day beginner program my daily routine consists of
In the morning
AC - AP - VM - Full Chakra meditation - FRTR & maybe other rituals depending on how much time I have & then Hatha yoga & a prayer to Father Satan
In the evening
AC - AP - VM - all the Opening the soul meditations - Kundalini yoga - FRTR & maybe other rituals - a prayer to Father Satan - & maybe a summoning of a Demon.
If I’m really short on time then it’s just
AC - AP - VM - Chakra spinning - FRTR - Prayer
Since my dedication I quit smoking both weed & nicotine, quit drinking, and quit porn
I feel much better every single day I follow this routine especially when it’s coupled with eating well, sleeping well, & training hard at the gym
I certainly plan on trying more & more meditations, however I currently feel that I need to fully open my soul & heal my various bodies from the negative things they have accrued over my lifetimes
