Hello brothers and sisters!
Is the 6 month program better than the 40 days program?
Or,if i first do the 40 days one should i do the 6 month one right after?

I believe the 40 days one is the best, then after that you should create a program yourself with the beginner meditations on JoS and master them and then start using the medium ones and so on.

You should first do the 40 days meditation program. Then you should start the 6months program. Just skip the chakra openings within it.

I didn't use any program I made my own because where I was on the scale of advancement I had to make my own just make sure the aura cleansing and aura of protection or on the program if you make your own.

Both have their perks. The 6 months teaches you how to improve your astral senses and various other skills with exercises greatly underestimated by many beginner-level people here. I suggest you complete both programmes.
