Meditation and depression

I have read as much as I can on the Joys of Satan website regarding meditation and that having depression is effecting my Aaura. Could someone please point me in the right direction for either a web site I can read, or a sound file or video I can use to understand better how mediation can help lift my depression as I feel it is stopping me being able to communicate with our Lord. Thank you in advance.
