Master RTR - Feature Packed, Web Based version of Final RTR!

Hello! Excellent work. Would it be possible to have an extra option or an extra version without the instructions, for those of us who have done it thousands of times since it was first published and thus know them by heart?

I'm talking about this kind of things:

• "Vibrate each of the following 9 times each"
• "Now take your marker and blot the Hebrew letters out completely"
• "Rhymes with the American word Zoom/Put/noon/hook/fuck/pack" and other pronunciation suggestions

(Optional) the affirmations at the end it take it or lose it because everyone that has done it more than a few times should already have ir memorised, but I still think it's neat to have it down there anyway. So should be excluded from the "cleaning process" of the RTR.

A third option/version for those who have mastered the RTR further and only need the letter to blot out after the RTR is done. So, taking out the Latinisation (i.e. taking out the VAHT - FUHT - VUHT - VUHSS - OUT - OUTH - VAHSS)

None of them are at all all necessary, as we can just use other paintable versions anyway. It's just an idea, if you're looking to make your app of higher quality or more complete.

I also have a question: what's the purpose of putting "invert colours" if the white writing on black background is the best version as that's how it should be visualised when disintegrating them and thus aids rather than contrasting like the inverted version would do?

Ugh.. I wouldn't feel safe using one. It's bloated with communist chinese spyware, all chinese phones are. I suggest everyone to NEVER store or visualize NS/SS content on their phones, and to use a safe Linux computer instead. Microsoft Windows is also spyware. But if using a safe computer is not a solution for you, I suggest you to get your Samsung repaired instead. Still has spyware, but at least it's not chinese communist spyware

Hello Brothers and Sisters,

I asked Father Satan if there was any way I could use my personal skills to further our cause, and soon after had the idea to create an easy to use, web based version of the Final RTR, that I call "Master RTR". After a few hours of hard work, Version 1.0 was completed. I took HPS Maxine's audio recording of the pronunciations, sliced them, and removed unnecessary silence - you can now hear how to pronounce any certain part of the RTR with ease.

Master RTR uses HTML5. Features include:

• - Listen to HPS Maxine pronounce specific parts of the Final RTR with the click of a button!
  - Simply click on the Hebrew letters to completely blot them out
  - Built-in repetition counter! Press 'spacebar' or 'enter' to increase count, and click 'Reset' button to put back to 0
  - Use up and down arrow keys to move page, or 'w' and 's'
  - Invert the colors of the Final RTR at the click of a button (since I personally find the original white background to be too bright)
  - Accessible from your browser! When the Final RTR is completed, simply close the window!

I hope some of you find this useful! Please report any bugs you find and I will promptly fix them, and also feel free to suggest features for future versions! I will polish up the Master RTR's appearance as time goes on as well.

I agree with you that the white writing on black background is the best version, I added the option to invert colors because that's the default look of the Final RTR found here. Figured some people may be used to that and prefer it in that color scheme.

@Bigot Boy- I tried the dl for Linux and it does not open, apparently I need a file to run it with. And for the website version, the bold syllables are not there, like the FIL-AH etc. The arrow scroll keys could be faster too, like one tap could scroll much more, preferably.

@Young Faith- any way to have it against black background? Easier for viewing when "in the zone" of doing the rtr.

It's like, I want to take parts from each of yours combined with Soaring Eagle's Paintable (which I use daily) to create the ultimate best of best

I just checked, the new version is amazing! And it's what I meant, white letters and black background, as you now have it. The first time I saw it, it was black letters on white background, my wording was not clear, sorry. This one is perfect

Since I'm bored I'll maybe try to create a windows executable of my RTR, because it's much less messed up than having to download the zipped website and open the index.html file

Hey Lydia, good catch with the bold syllables missing! This actually uses a .png version of the Final RTR that HP Cobra made to fit into one printable page, and it seems that version was missing the bold as well. I'll make sure the next MRTR release includes the bold Will also increase the speed of the arrows

With the Linux download, there are 2 files in the .zip that need to be in the same location when MRTR is ran. It was likely an error message about the missing .pck file (if not can you tell me what it says is missing specifically please?) When I release v1.3 I will pack them up better with a readme to make it clear

You're right, for me on my iphone it the "say" sounds very distorted. Luckily everything else seems to work well enough on mobile at the moment (except for the Notes panel). This will be remedied in the mobile app version(s).

• - arrow keys speed is increased (what are your guys thoughts on the speed now?)
  - the pronunciations are now in bold where they need to be accented/stressed
  - invert colors option is removed, as white text on black background is optimal
  - there is now the option to hide the instructions of Final RTR! Meant for advanced users to de-clutter
  - the downloadable versions now have better naming and packaging, and the Windows and Linux versions come with a read_me.txt

Not uncommon for JoS-related sites... At the moment my site is loading very quickly for me, so definitely strange if it was taking that long. The good thing is once the loading bar completes, you'll be set until another version is out. MRTR is in a good place right now and shouldn't need another version at least for a couple weeks.

I did ask some folks that are more knowledgeable in Linux than me, and they said file managers like nautilus/thunar etc may not recognize a .x86_64 file.
To test if that's the issue, you can try typing

./master RTR Linux.x86_64

in a shell and see if it works.

If not, typing

ldd master RTR Linux.x86_64

should tell you if there are any needed libraries not found.


Regardless, the good thing is you Linux users can still use the web version worst case scenario

is it possible to have the counter/column moved over to the left? or have the counter somewhere closer to where the letters are? i prefer not looking from one side of the screen to the other, as i like to be staring at the word im saying and i cant look at the word and the counter at the same time lol.

OR if u had the counter flash the screen or some sort of indication the desired reps are reached.

either way still a great tool.

I don't know if you have already noticed it but I also wanted to point out the NUH in NUH-EYES
is lacking the bold font & there's a missing ●
between THOYKH and THAYH
If you wanna be very picky there's also a useless ● after HEH.
