This is all from weather manipulation. Dubai is a desert where for hundreds of years it would barely ever rain, and it was so dry that it was very difficult to survive there. Why can they live their now? Why does it rain all the time there now, and they have large lakes and water all around?

Because of weather manipulation. They spray chemicals in the air as "cloud seeding" so that the water molecules in the clouds will become heavier and will become heavy enough to fall down as rain. They do this all the time, and this is how it is raining there now.

They did too much of this cloud seeding, and it rained more than they wanted it to. They were not careful of what they were doing, and they directly caused this.

And they created as the most expensive resort in the world, where all the richest people would want to visit. I saw a thing where they created all these islands where they could sell for people to build houses on these islands. How to you make islands in a desert? They started with just piles of sand, and there was no water. And then they made it rain every day until it all filled with water there.

They do not try to hide or deny doing this. They proudly say what technology they are using to make it rain, and they promote that this is such a useful and important technology which could allow it to rain in dry places all over the world, and make all of these places easier to live in.
