Hello everyone. It is a shame that our Yahoo groups were taken down. Luckily, we have back ups and archives of our data.
Since our groups are gone so are my many posts about martial arts. I will do my part and rewrite my posts here so all of you are able to gain some knowledge on martial arts, combat sports, fighting, and spirituality.
