This page here says the Solar Chakra is the male aspect of the magnum opus

but on this page it says the Sacral chakra is the male aspect

so I'm kind of confused on which is which (if anyone could clear it up).

so I'm kind of confused on which is which (if anyone could clear it up).

The first page doesn't refer to the solar as specifically the male aspect of the MO, but to the duality of the Pineal and Solar as a make-female pairing of energies on your soul, and that a strong connection between the two must be formed in order to be able to start working on the MO.

While the second page refers to the elixer produced in the soul by the Pineal gland and the Sacral chakra, which is combined in the Solar chakra and circulated through the soul from there.

The pineal gland produces the female aspect of the elixer while the sacral produces the male aspect of the elixer. These two must then be combined to create the complete elixer, which happens within the Solar chakra, the grail (hence the grail being a symbol for immortality predating xianity and also stolen by xians from our ancient spirituality).
