Hi. For this group, I'll go by Akemos.
I'm not a Satanist, per say, but I am a practitioner of magick, mainly Elemental magick (to put it bluntly, wind, fire, lightning, water, earth, and some psionic training), and that's when I stumbled upon your website.
Well, was drawn back to it. Long story short, Ose never responded, so I decided to ask the believers if they had any advice for me. And here it is:
I read your website like a rulebook in my research, exaggerating, of course, and yet I still cannot evoc lightning. Or fire. Only wind is what I can use, and as powerful as it is, it can be so much more. So, I did something I hoped not to do, as it'd be a bother, and asked for help.
Any advice to give?

Demons are not going to appear for people who have not performed the Dedication Ritual. Performing the Dedication Ritual shows Satan and his Demons you are serious about them. If someone is unwilling to do anything for them, they will do nothing for that person.

Magick takes a lot of practice and training. Unfortunately, humanity has been cut off from spiritual practice for thousands of years and the human soul has degenerated as a result. Many parts of the human soul have atrophied and most people are completely powerless. It is like when a limb is bound into a cast for months and all of the muscles have atrophied. Once the cast comes off, it takes extensive rehabilitation for the person to even lift the affected limb. The key to developing psychic abilities is patience. Even if it appears nothing is happening, keep practicing. Over time, the dormant parts of your mind will awaken and be strengthened as will your soul.

Physically evoking the elements is very advanced and takes a lot of power. The basics need to be mastered before you will be able to successfully manipulate fire, water, and the other elements. Things like weak focus will severely undermine your attempts to manipulate the elements.

Dehna, I would like to thank you for your time, I would also enjoy to know... Vepar, one of those demons, or Gods, as you call them (I am not Christian, nor am I one of you; a Satanist, but I still have respect for what you believe in.) I had met before, at a very young age, and had established some form of a connection or relationship with. I do hope that this is a good thing.
I also have another question for you, unlike the other one whom answered, you had some formality in your reply, leading me to believe that you are higher up this religious matriarchy. I do hope that this is true.

Another matter is, I don't blindly make contracts. What exactly would I be getting into if I do this Ritual?

I have not yet been able to find time to perform the ritual, but I think I keep hearing and sensing Vepar or something.. Everytime I try to look closely at her/it, I get a searing headache. The Dedication Ritual takes less than an hour. If you genuinely want to perform the ritual, you will find time. You can get up at 2:00 am when everyone else in the house is asleep and quietly perform the ritual somewhere hidden inside the house, outside, or even in a nearby park. Your intentions are more important than any fancy ritual setup. It does not matter if you cannot find the right candle color or you are wearing black athletic shorts instead of a ritual robe because that is all you have. If you live in an extremely oppressive situation (such as with heavily christian/muslim parents) and the only candle you can get is bright pink with glitter in it, Satan does not care about trivial errors like that. The important part is that your blood is on the paper and you genuinely want to dedicate yourself to Satan.

The Gods sometimes reach out to us and Vepar may be trying to contact you. When your psychic senses are not opened, sudden stimulation can trigger headaches. Be aware, not all spiritual entities out there are Demons. A vast majority of spiritual beings are thoughtforms, ghosts, and malicious enemy entities. Enemy entities are desperate to scare people away from Satan and spiritual empowerment because every spiritually-aware person is a threat to the enemy agenda of enslaving humanity. Enemy entities will pretend to be Demons and then proceed to give you bad information, try to scare you away from Satan, or attack you outright. You can even do the dedication in your astral temple. The astral temple is your sacred place in the astral rhelm. Think of it as your *daydream* place. Create it and decorate it as you wish! Tell Satan and the Gods that this is your temple and ask for it to be *blessed* for Satanic use. Believe that they heard you and agree. Then do the ceremony in this astral place/temple. You will need to dedicate in this rhelm as soon as possible after this. 
Another idea is to take a candle, matches/lighter, a piece of paper with the dedication prayer already written on it, and a needle to a mall parking lot or the park [even though it's not close]. Make an afternoon of it. 
The point of the ceremony is to place your signature on the prayer, put a few drops of your blood on it, and recite the dedication prayer to Father Satan. Then burn the paper and dispose [bury or mix into a lake or river] of the ashes after. This makes it your souls' dedication. This makes it permanent.
