Looking for a basic answer

where to begin? Let's see...So, as far as I know energy has to be properly directed or it'll dissipate away. As far as runes such as sowilo, and algiz, but what about basic chakra empowerment such as Laumvaumraum... I usually just let these energies sit on my chakras. However, I'm wondering if they can empower them and also act as a working at the same time. Say for example if I vibrate Laum into my root chakra and i create an affirmation such as " The energies of Laum are permanently empowering my root chakra. I am constantly increasing my athleticsm"And for the sacral chakra I would vibrate VAUM."I am becoming for creative"... hopefully you get the idea,
