Just another question about the kundalini, like most of this is
probably logics but i've heard different opinions..... ok lastnight i
had the worst migraine of my life as i believe i have already stated,
it was terrible, and hurt too much to meditate, i've heard some people
just say you might as well just meditate during the process of it
ascending (as obviously it would help it) but what if it hurts so much
you can hard keep concenration?, just curious to hear everybodies
opinions. Thank you

You need to focus constantly on your crown chakra and direct the
energy up through it. Orgasms also help, directed up through the 6th
chakra (the most difficult of knots to open) and like with energy to
the hand chakras, these "knots" I have learned from *experience* not
what is written in books- I opened my 6th. You will know when energy
passes through the 6th, to me it felt like a poof and then I was
totally fucking blown away in bliss when it hit the 7th.

The deal is- it won't stay open, unless it is worked on incessantly,
same as was done when most of us opened our hand chakras. A permanent
energy uptake has to be established. Use the lessons from openeing the
hand chakras as this applies here.

Also, something I might mention- I do handstands. These are different
and more beneficial than the traditional yoga headstand. Father Satan
told me about holding the handstands- he said to me that the gravity
works on the crown chakra.

The best way to hold a handstand, going for minutes is up against a
wall. You gradually work up to hold longer and longer.

The 6th chakra is the most difficult to open. Work on it at every
meditation. Once, twice or even several times is not enough!
Get that energy going! Younger people should be able to have orgasm
after orgasm and can keep driving the energy up and out- this is an
excellent way to open an energy path, but meditation and directing
energy through breathing up and out is essential.

Many of us have read accounts of how certain people (mainly RHP) have
had their kundalini ascend and it stayed ascended. This is not all
that usual. I have found from experience that the serpent descends and
if not worked on enought to create a permenent path, like in the hand
chakras, it will go back to being dormant.

how one meditation can affect us, it can affect others differently.
The important thing is to know how to deal with any problems should
they arise.

use the pain to your advantage... meditate on the pain   use it like waves I may post more for you later I am in a rush now and found your post and know I dould post more. Now I am a brute for pain Ihave had times when the nurse looked at me and said "I don't know what you are doing but keep it up because according to everything you should be in alot of pain right now" and I was meditating and breathing.   Journey through the pain like waves, use your breath and to clear the pain or to fill every cell with light if your head aches..then start at the bottom of your feet and yes you will be aware of that pain but inhale and exhale and everytime you exhale ...exhale mre and more pain out   you want to ride the pain like a wave right out of you.   Use everything as a tool. my eyes hurt ...I send energy to them My skin feels tingly and irritates me I send energy to it and cool it with blue light from orion.   someone gets me a little jolted and peeved ...I use it as a calming effect I reverse it I breathe and inhale blue light exhale energy to push them away to crreate a shield of black and remove them from my reality.   they suddenly can't stay in the same room...and think I am one cold ...little wench.   use the pain as a tool.   I have heard stories of people who meditated on the pain while a machine part had gone thru their hand...or while they were waiting on an ambulance with broken limbs and meditated to unconsciousness but mention getting on the pain like a wave and ridding it till they were filled with blue light and ok. pain can be used as a tool you just need to view it differently   I would use it in one painful time... I remember using it like a heavy weight lifting challenge or mountain climb I meditated and breathed in and out until I passed out...but the pain changed it felt different at the end.   will post a better one on this ....but hope that helps   also try some herbal teas...some are very good for headaches..and for preventing migraines.

For my frame of reference, what is the longest that you have held a
handstand and how long do you prefer to hold it for? Do you find any
downsides to going beyond your preferred time? And do you normally do
it once in your routine or do you do like 3 or more handstands,
descending back to a starting position after each one? A rough idea
of your varying handstand regiment would be highly useful to me as I
transition back into physical training in the near future.

Again, thanks for all your efforts, HP Maxine. In all seriousness,
every project that you complete for Satan puts a HUGE grin on my
face, as does the spiritual ascension of our people. Very satisfying.

Thank you for your information, but i'm curious, now when i meditate
on my head, my 7th chakra is still sensetive of course, but my 6th
chakra is the same as my other 5 which has to show that the kundalini
is out of my 6th chakra and is now in my 7th, but the intensity at
which the pain is risen when i meditate on my 7th chakra has decreased
majorly since that terrible migraine. Any thoughts? Like you said,
work on it alot which i am, but i'm just wondering what your thoughts
are on it.

same concepts that I mentioned to Louis...

but you need to release through the crown instead of meditating on
the eye, otherwise negative chi will stay within circuit and settle
wherever you have blockages. keep driving energy up spine and through
crown. I was advised on this by Demons a while ago. Even if you have
a knot in 6th chakra or a blockage that is causing build-up in that
region, your priority should be to establish an open crown as this
will provide an outlet for earth energy and kundalini surges,
reducing accumulation of any negative chi. That would be my
reasoning, but go with what your Guardians advise.
