Learning Kundalini

Hi everyone, I love this group. I have been studying meditation
techniques from the JoS website for over a year now and really enjoy
the dialogue in this group. It is only recently that I feel like I am
making progress in opening up my chakras and clearing out old xtian
belief's. Recently I have been reading more about kundalini yoga and
would like to focus on this practice. Can anyone post material or
point me in the right direction on learning good kundalini method? I
googled for it but as always there are tons of different pages and
ideas and I will never know what is good or not good. Any help is
