I would try invoking fire or doing yang yoga like the Tibetan 5 Rites. The yoga will work more physically, and the breaths of fire more emotionally/astrally. Both together should improve your energy and willpower.
Depression and anxiety are things that are vague and easily treated with balancing the elements and doing associated workings, such as with Sowilo or Wunjo. Therefore, I doubt these are true health issues.
OCD can either be something from birth or more just a matter of calming the body and mind down. If it is an actual problem in your brain, you would need to use SaTaNaMa to mend it. Otherwise, or in conjunction with this, invoking earth would definitely slow down the mind and make you feel more grounded.
Anyway, you are living, breathing, and talking, so don't get too anxious or overthink your health. Just try to implement various solutions and see what works best for you. You will need a combo of physical and spiritual solutions for the best results. When invoking elements, always start small and program it accordingly and with positive intentions.
