Hey brothers and sisters.

It might be because of heavy transits with Saturn, but recently and for a year so far I’m having troubles with drive, will power, sexual problems, and terribly low testosterone.

I’m also suffering from binge eating and it feels psychological, last year when I was away from home and family I used to starve a lot and eat high caloric food when I had the chance, due to having a stressful full-time job and working out, and lack of food and constant starvation I lost about 12-13 kgs, now I returned to home and I have more access to food but I got accustomed to junk food and also the psychological hunger feeling from starvation I can’t feel okay unless I’m eating junk food it feels like a “fix” and kind of an addiction.

Right now I started working full time from home and I don’t move as much, I try to workout again but i’m struggling with consistency, and also it doesn’t help that prices of food are through the roof and me and my family are having financial difficulties, so good food is much harder to access.

I feel stuck again but this time I’m feeling overweight, I gained back an extra 15 kgs since last year and I’m having troubles with drive and energy.

What workings or spells can I start to work on these difficulties?

My goal is to be fit, have a great muscle/weight ratio, and be consistent in the gym, have energy and passion to work full-time + meditate, take care of nutrition and personal matters, and also to get higher testosterone and drive.
 
I know you have been around a while, and you are pretty knowledgeable, so i will focus on a couple of things that you might not have thought about:

1. Its the beginning of spring so the chances are high that you have not had enough sun exposure, the sun is great at healing, loosing weight, but also in giving you energy and the will to fight.
2. Earthening (skin to earth contact) will help in regulating your body. This will help in healing, fighting inflammations, re-sparking sexual drive, loosing weight.
3. When it comes to low sex drive / sexual problems, it is important to replace porn etc. with something more healthy, what always works for me when i have low sex drive is actually focusing on the feeling, no need for external or internal distractions, purely focus on the feeling. It is irrelevant if you are able to climax or not, it could be that it doesn't feel good the first couple of times (Spread over different days of-course), just keep the focus on it.

As everyone does, it feels like you are trying to make excuses to not do the things you want to be doing, keep tackling one problem at a time, even if you have to do the same thing 100x over, you will win as long as you keep at it.
 
I looked at all those brands of supplements that are supposedly good for increasing testosterone. All of them are just blends of plant material from plants that are known in Ayurvedic knowledge to increase testosterone. And supplements for Boron and Zinc. Most people and especially most men are deficient in boron, and it is very rare to see boron included in standard vitamins.

I got Boron capsules from Nutricost brand. 240 pills that each have 5mg of boron. I take one of those, and 1 Zinc with it. And it does have an effect.

If you want the plant extract blends that most of those contain, the cheapest one is Vegatot brand on Amazon. Vegatot sells many plant blends for different uses, they have one that is called Testosterone. It is $13 for 45 doses. Each dose is 2 capsules, so if you take 1 instead you have 3 months for $13.

If you take the plant extracts, boron, and zinc all seperately like this, you get the exact same recipe that is in every single brand of testosterone supplement. For like $30 total, you will get enough to last you for several months. When all of the big popular brands, they are like $50-$60 for a bottle that will last one month.

Further, you need to treat yourself with respect. Eating like shit is a direct contributor to low levels of testosterone along with physical inactivity. Fixing these factors is a key point for success. Then, adding micronutrients as advised will give you an edge to get as high as you can with your current level of development and other behavioral and environmental factors.
 
Eating is like music; we often have a desire to listen to garbage rap music, but once you play that 1-hour meditation tune, you completely forget about rap and you feel grateful towards yourself. The same happens with food, you don't want to eat fruit, but once you do you feel better and you thank yourself for that.
 
You may be replacing other things with food because of the country/circumstances you live in you spoke of extensively before, especially the romance matter. Food addictions often don't appear out of nowhere, they typically relate to one area of life being closed off or severe damage around some issue, so excess or melancholy fills the void.

The family can be a major contributor and enabler to food problems for some people. When you aren't making the sole decisions in buying food, people you find difficult to say no to can just shove tempting food here, there and everywhere. Restrictions in this case would be a good thing.

Exacerbating the problem is that you come from an area of intense enemy activity and in your culture there is not much of a culture of independence. Although some overweight people are solitary and independent (i.e. they just fuel their own addiction), the #1 thing you see with weight gain is co-dependence or complacency of some sort.

Try to obtain something really filling and satiating like baobab powder or add it to a drink. Take athletic multi-vitamins, if possible. Try your best to note down all the calories you're consuming, you can use ChatGPT to do certain calculations if the numbers aren't straightforward.

If things like these were on popular pages, you'd find a majority of mocking comments rather than intelligent replies because people loves familiar useless situps and things like that to getting out of their comfort zone and advance without without promise of slow, gradual damage a couple of decades down the line.

I'm personally considering ChatGPT for tracking and help with journalling.

One can have multiple conversations open:
  1. Nutrition tracking
  2. Exercise tracking
  3. Flexibility tracking
  4. Size tracking
And so on.

You can designate a day per week where you do reviews. And you ask the AI to generate a brief weekly review report. Then monthly, quarterly and yearly.

This can help make people aware of their progress in any matters. It's very helpful. Ideally, it prompts people to raise your self-awareness and, overtime, it can be implemented offline, in line with the self-awareness meditations posted by HP Hooded Cobra a couple of years ago.

The more aware of yourself you are, the more you can advance and grow into a higher quality person, which makes you a more valuable asset both to yourself and your race.

I hope people take note of this and start implementing, rather than writing off because of their self-delusion. This is proper self-management 101.

Things that should be taught and reinforced throughout compulsory education together with emotional management (i.e. anger management, anxiety management, etc), financial literacy, creative expression, and many other life skills that help you become a full adulte rather than a man-child.

What exactly happens to people who "can't handle" thurisaz? Is it the same as with people who use nauthiz or saturn and don't know how to deal with hardship?

I was thinking of doing a square, I’ve done sun squares before and they were awesome but i’ve heard Mars and Saturn squares especially can be harmful, i’ve an afflicted natal Mars too, would you recommend it as a positive influence?
 
I have tested everything that I just advised, and these do work. There have been real results, and no problems.

But be careful with anything that has blends of different plants. Because it is always possible that you could be allergic to one of them.

Mine will be more of a dont do. I took a small two week course of dbol, steroids for most of the reasons the Op has said.

Defo not the way forward, even though it boosted me, feel good factor, trained harder, put 1 and a half stone back on. I lost this due to stress and not working out.

Now for the crash.... since it was two weeks only i will be okay just cant do them anymore, one they arent healthy and two im getting older(lol) and will need my natural test.

From now on its vitamins, minerals everything done right, i will look into the stuff you posted on your previous post.

What is increasing Testosterone is for example.
- Working on your big muscles, like your legs and Back.
- Do 6 Sets, 10 reps each, but only 90 Secs of rest in between. This is increasing your Testosterone the most.
-Intermitten Fasting and also periodic prolonged fasting (48hrs, 72hrs for example) This also increases Growth Hormones.
-Cold Showers
-Doing things that get you out of the comfort zone, like approaching women.

Insulin on the other hand, is inhibiting Testosterone.

You want to improve your Metabolism. This is reducing your fat, giving you more energy, more muscle and give you overall more balance.

-Avoid Processed foods.
-Avoid flour, sugar, artifical sweeteners
-Eat whole foods only
- do Intermitten und prolonged fasting
-Dont eatr within the first hour after waking, and when you break your fast (breakfast) have like 30g of protein.
-DOn't eat like 3h before going to sleep.
-Eat only 8hrs a day. Fast 16hrs a day.
-Before eating have a salad with acid.
-Keep Insulin down, as Insulin makes you gain fat. Calories do not matter this much, mostly insulin matters.
 
Boron, usually 5mg per day. Sometimes 10mg randomly when I have a thought that it is a good idea. And the Zinc is 50mg of zinc gluconate. I guess that the zinc gluconate is water soluable and the extra is urinated away, because it says 455% of recommended dose. I didn't say a brand for zinc because it is very common from many brands.

Another thing is that our bones are made of a combination of calcium, magnesium, and boron. And the boron is required or the bones can not be built/repaired. So this will help increase bone density, which is another thing that most people are now deficient with, and decreases when we get older.
 
Stop the super dopamine inducing activities like binge eating and endless social media scrolling, these are habits.

If you lack testosterone start doing a lot of leg work, high rep squats are gonna be great for that. Aim to be able to do 500 at a time, not kidding, it's gonna take you around 30 minutes.

If you like "junk food" you can recreate it all with healthy foods. You like fried food? Fry it with health oils like coconut oil or beef tallow, that's how you make unhealthy food into healthy food. Like ice cream? Make it yourself with raw milk and healthy natural ingredients.

If you're addicted to sugar start eating raw honey, honey is a blessing and is absolutely healthy. Eat as much as you need instead of refined sugars. I literally fixed sugar craving with honey, it felt like it fixed a part of my mind.
 
I would suggest getting into BJJ or wrestling, it gives you goals to focus on, gives you a solid benchmark as to your athletic abilities as a man, means you burn more calories (I binge eat whatever I want and have a good body from wrestling+gym) and nothing encourages good physical habits like getting utterly wrecked by someone stronger and more athletic than you.
The only problem is the injuries but as a Satanist you have all the tools you need to heal quickly and fully from common grappling injuries, I have healed from slipped discs, torn knee ligaments and shoulder joint damage, broken ribs, broken toes, broken fingers and I have basically no long term problems from them because I am a Satanist and so being one puts you at a massive advantage as a grappler, I can train with the same intensity and volume as the guys in my gym who juice up on a whole pharmacy of gear.

On a spiritual note bright red energy always works to get me pumped up, I often visualize myself drawing it directly from Mars, not the for the faint of heart but you seem quite experienced so maybe try that, I know its a "lesser maleific" but I have never had any issue whatsoever doing it.

Grappling was one of the most celebrated Olympian sports for a reason it is truly the best sport Humanity has in my opinion...maybe not to watch it but to do its absolutely fantastic and will transform your body, plus being able to suplex someone through the concrete is always a useful skill to have worst case scenario.

My food habits are more psychological I feel restless and kind of miserable and empty, food has been conditioned as a fix and escapism for a while now.

I’m still trying to work on everything but I feel kind of stuck and also lost between everything, ambitions, loneliness, also responsibilities and stress and this feeling of emptiness too.

Unfortunately this is not quite how it works.

Whenever you fry foods, you have carbs, which is just a chain of glucose molecules, and also hot fats.

There are some hall marks of ageing, for example one is shortened talomeres, they are the protective end caps on the chromosomes.
Then you also have plaque on the blood vessles and inside the cells. How old your bloods vessles are, determines how old you are.
And you also have an accumulation of AGE (advanced glycation end products) in your body.

AGEs are a product of a chemical reaction of glucose and either fat or protein, this reaction needs heat to occur, like many chemical reactions. However, body heat is already enough.
So, we are all cooking alive, you can think about it as a fire of time that is cooking us untill we die. AGEs are created in our bodies, and they block certain cell parts and can also prevent the DNA on certain parts to be read. ("Eye floaters" are just an accumulation of AGEs inside your eye btw).


Basically when you fry foods, you have high heat coupled with Carbs/glucose and Fat. This high heat is speeding up the chemical reaction of AGEs, and as a result you consume many of them, if you eat fried foods on a regular basis. When you eat them, they can also accumulate in the body, and cause accelerated ageing.

The other thing is, that honey is also super unhealthy if you consume too much of it on a regular basis.
It is just like sugar, glucose and fructose. Your body will experience a very similar glucose- and insulin spike, when you eat honey instead of sugar.

Honey has some other healthy chemicals inside, but if you want to lose fat and fix your metabolism, you should also not take honey.

My country is pretty sunny even in winter.

The earthening one I’m not sure it’s possible to do here we don’t have gardens, parks or beaches nearby only concrete and dust, maybe I can visit a tropical city by summer.

With porn it’s a whole ordeal, I’m not able to quit at the moment, I have tried for years and it just made me miserable, I only felt like I never needed it when I was in a loving relationship, other than that I am not able to express sexuality healthily, I know it’s not the best it actually ruined me and I’m suffering and was suffering for years because of this.

Tried quitting multiple times did multiple workings, best I did was a couple of months then I was back, what else can I do? There’s zero sexual expression here hand holding is a fucking sin here for fucks sake. Kissing can easily get you shunned and killed, if its’s made in public you’re getting jail. Only type of relationship I can have is for the promise of marriage. I hate sexuality at this point and porn is just used to numb all this.

It’s not just making excuses, I just feel lost and drive-less sometimes and stuck. I know I should meditate, train, work, eat healthy, but then what? I’ve been trying for years I don’t see myself happy yet or achieved anything. My life is chaotic and I can’t find the strength to face it head-on like I did in my youth.
 
I like Aquarius's advice above regarding squats, leg loading, walking and running should level out your natural testosterone to your personal normal.

Activity is something that many people are deprived of due to homework and cramped urban conditions in many places on the planet, then it becomes a habit and the lack of normal work of the lower muscles is looped with a lack of physical energy for walking, etc. You can exercise your will to remove these effects.

All you need is about 3 weeks of overcoming yourself at the initial stage. Try a contrast shower (alternating cold and hot 3-7 times), daily strength or anaerobic exercise. Your glands may not have sufficient activity and produce the minimum amount of hormones for you; their acceleration is a process in which you gradually demand more from yourself at each subsequent level, ultimately achieving overcompensation for what you need.

When it comes to spiritual exercises, I would recommend paying attention to breathing exercises. The excess oxygen/prana will provide a lot of free spiritual energy which you can use as fuel for all your tasks, thereby anchoring yourself at higher energy levels, gradually. Mars squares should also work well.
 

You do not need a garden etc. to earthen, there will be a good connection to the earth through concrete. If you do not like to walk barefoot on stone, or concrete there are also barefoot shoes as an option, there are even barefoot shoes that have copper in the sole to make certain you are earthed. These shoes are quite affordable if you can find them at the right place, Etsy is one of those places.

I too have had a lot of problems staying away from porn (I might have more problems in the future, though it doesn't look like it) as well, the thing that helped me a little while ago was not completely getting rid of it, but rather allowing it only after 10pm. This way you are not pushing yourself in a corner, still allowing it to happen but in a more controlled manner, i did allow myself to jerk off no matter the time, as long as i didn't use any outside stimuli.

Your Guardian can help to change how you feel & see yourself / the world differently, for example the first 2 years i came to Satan i was very depressed and lonely, I asked my GD to help me get a sense of pride, lo and behold the next day i felt a sense of pride for the first time in my life, i asked her to help me to get rid of loneliness, lo and behold since that moment i never felt lonely anymore even though i was alone. The Gods are there to assist us, to me they changed the way i see the world around me & myself, all you need to do is ask, even if you feel like you are not worth it.

I don't know how bad your situation is with this eating disorder.

Are you really having episodes of uncontrolled eating? Like much food? Or just some junk food here and there?

Many people tend to eat junk food, sweets or chocolate when they are stressed out, and or had a bad day.
We know that this food will make us feel good, even if it comes with consequences.

How about you try to avoid to buy "Junk" food and sweets, so you never have them at home?
When you are outside, however, and with a friend at a coffee shop for example, sure. A muffin with a friend won't kill you.
But be aware that this also comes with a consequence.

Maybe also try next time when you want to eat junk food, to ask you this question "Am I really hungry? Or am I just feeling bad and need some relief?"
If you are not hungry, and just need some dopamine.. how about to try something else, that will make you feel good?

With porn it’s a whole ordeal, I’m not able to quit at the moment, I have tried for years and it just made me miserable, I only felt like I never needed it when I was in a loving relationship, other than that I am not able to express sexuality healthily, I know it’s not the best it actually ruined me and I’m suffering and was suffering for years because of this.

Tried quitting multiple times did multiple workings, best I did was a couple of months then I was back, what else can I do? You probably have a severe addiction problem, that is coming from certain areas of life and spreading into different aspects of your life.

You need to identify them and try to fix those addictions.

Are you really having episodes of uncontrolled eating? Like much food? Or just some junk food here and there?

Many people tend to eat junk food, sweets or chocolate when they are stressed out, and or had a bad day.
We know that this food will make us feel good, even if it comes with consequences.

How about you try to avoid to buy "Junk" food and sweets, so you never have them at home?
When you are outside, however, and with a friend at a coffee shop for example, sure. A muffin with a friend won't kill you.
But be aware that this also comes with a consequence.

Maybe also try next time when you want to eat junk food, to ask you this question "Am I really hungry? Or am I just feeling bad and need some relief?"

I’ve actually tried dopamine detoxing especially last year, I deactivated all social media accounts, etc.

It’s great! For the first month, I’m productive and peaceful.

Then comes all the grave feelings of emptiness, loneliness, and with the stress of my work they amplify and turn into something ugly.

But does the return to certain entertainment items actually make you feel better? They do have some value, but this has to be balanced with their cheap quality. I don't believe all digital entertainment must be trashed, but we have to be aware how it can create false rewards. While they may satiate part of what we are looking for, their low quality doesn't give us the full fulfillment we are desiring.

Try to think about what you are seeking out here: For example, if you wish to talk to people and this drives you to social media, try to push for more in-person or other more-engaging means of talking with others, avoiding social media doom scrolling or like-farming.

If you enjoy the construction aspect of a video game, maybe you would also enjoy construction of a physical item or puzzle, or use your discernment to pick games which don't abuse your dopamine. For example, avoid a mobile game, as they are usually terrible about this, but perhaps a computer simulator would be better.

Regarding porn, I agree that your situation is tough, however you can try to use less harmful methods of this. If not your imagination, then you would use just a still image, and so on. All of this is easier to handle for the brain than binging 10 different HD videos.

Dopamine detox is about tolerance management and although this helps, it doesn't fully solve what we are missing, if that makes sense. Look at your Sun sign, aspects, and 5th house to see what is truly fulfilling to you, then try to find constructive ways to achieve this.

With more solar power, we are able to "go bigger" and push for more, but with less, we may be inclined to go for a cheaper solution, as if we are missing the fuel to go further. Regarding food itself, healthy carbs like potato or carrots would be your friend here, as it is easier for your body to access this sugar, but it won't hurt you like other junk food will. There is even research on sweet potatoes being used for treatment of diabetes, and the physical structure looks similar to our own spleen.

Regarding sexual power, this comes from our martian energies, which can certainly become sapped if you are undergoing periods of high stress. Here we can see the importance of maintaining our energy and it is sad that our world does not respect this properly, creating conditions of exhaustion and fatigue.

My advice would be to build up your energy gradually. For example, when you are dead tired, maybe just do the breath of fire. Once you feel some motivation restored, you can switch to a Solar Kriya. Note, this can be modified to be much shorter, by dividing the times. The reason I would suggest these or similar exercises is because they are much shorter and easier to motivate yourself to perform, rather than a full routine.

I was actually wondering about exactly this heavily.
Some time ago I went completely healthy, eating eggs, milk, oats, chicken, etc.

Strange thing is I usually have serious digestive issues, I thought eating healthy would fix this, but the days I ate healthy I just didn’t feel satisfied and I had stomachache, it felt like I’ve grown accustomed to junk and I would “feel better” with it than healthy whole foods.

Also, sometime ago I would randomly get the urge to do breath of fire, it just felt like a physical reaction to everything.

I will do these sun kriyas too since I had urges to do them before.

As I said I’m having financial difficulties food prices are really fucking tough especially good food and it’s nothing special too, I’m waiting for my paycheck and will probably buy an air fryer and start a cutting nutritional routine with protein and sweet potatoes.

I have like zero currency right now.

I believe that your body adapts to processing certain kinds of foods over time, like how lactose intolerance is far more common among brown people than white people(their guts are adapted to a certain kind of diet through their heritage) or how westerners often get food poisoning when eating in foreign countries.

Another thing is that unhealthy foods may be easier/quicker to digest because they have simple sugars, poor nutritional content, slick with oil, etc.

Anyway, there was one time that I was having digestive issues/discomfort and using the breath of fire helped with this.
 
Unfortunately this is not quite how it works.

Whenever you fry foods, you have carbs, which is just a chain of glucose molecules, and also hot fats.

There are some hall marks of ageing, for example one is shortened talomeres, they are the protective end caps on the chromosomes.
Then you also have plaque on the blood vessles and inside the cells. How old your bloods vessles are, determines how old you are.
And you also have an accumulation of AGE (advanced glycation end products) in your body.

AGEs are a product of a chemical reaction of glucose and either fat or protein, this reaction needs heat to occur, like many chemical reactions. However, body heat is already enough.
So, we are all cooking alive, you can think about it as a fire of time that is cooking us untill we die. AGEs are created in our bodies, and they block certain cell parts and can also prevent the DNA on certain parts to be read. ("Eye floaters" are just an accumulation of AGEs inside your eye btw).


Basically when you fry foods, you have high heat coupled with Carbs/glucose and Fat. This high heat is speeding up the chemical reaction of AGEs, and as a result you consume many of them, if you eat fried foods on a regular basis. When you eat them, they can also accumulate in the body, and cause accelerated ageing.

The other thing is, that honey is also super unhealthy if you consume too much of it on a regular basis.
It is just like sugar, glucose and fructose. Your body will experience a very similar glucose- and insulin spike, when you eat honey instead of sugar.

Honey has some other healthy chemicals inside, but if you want to lose fat and fix your metabolism, you should also not take honey.
As for frying, I can agree that too much could become unhealthy, but It's not like I'm speaking of deep frying, and the oil with which you fry is still the main culprit of health.

As for honey, I'm gonna go with old age wisdom about it rather than the university educated kid's: "ItS jUsT GluCoSe - fRuCtOsE" that I hear too often in "educated" circles.

I was thinking of doing a square, I’ve done sun squares before and they were awesome but i’ve heard Mars and Saturn squares especially can be harmful, i’ve an afflicted natal Mars too, would you recommend it as a positive influence?
Using Mars as a direct counter to your afflictions is one of the best, or the best option, spiritually speaking and you should not be afraid to utilize it.

Some key points.

- Be prepared for backlash, but continue despite any issues
- Take care that your routine has enough emphasis on cleaning and protection practices, including on chakras
- Repeat the process as it is unlikely to be completely fixed with one square or working
- Work with the opposite forces to achieve balance. Ie. When you work with Mars, work with the Moon sometime later before working with the same objective again.

I've actually had oak honey before, I was very surprised that honey could taste that strong! I think my favorite is wild mountain honey and forest honey :)
