If I raise kundalini in this life, do I need to raise it again in the next reincarnation?

That solely depends on your actions, but likely, no. When you are advanced enough to raise the Kundalini, you will be taught certain meditations that will keep your energies going. The electromagnetic field that the Kundalini generates alone will work as a powerful energy circuit that will keep the energies flowing, though it needs to be maintained.

You will undergo certain stages in your progression where the Gods will guide you as to how to proceed further in your path safely. Truly advanced Satanists do not need to fear their Kundalini to descend.
