Hello dear brothers!
Since today I will start again after so long the sessions of kundalini yoga, I wanted to ask you a advice on how many breaths do. Thank you very much!
 
Increase as you see that the breathing you do at that moment remains "comfortable". When you feel that the body has become accustomed to that tension for that period, increase it... It must never hurt, do everything in function of your feeling good
 
Thank you so much! For today I have done only 26 breathing. Is it ok if I increase as I go?

Absolutely ok. And in general you shouldn't overdo it beyond your natural limit, it's right that you exceed this limit, but according to your realistic times. You can't go from 10 to 100 without taking into account the numbers in between :)
