ive been meditating for a while on my kundalini , the more i meditate the more heat i feel , also i feel pain , i have opend my front chakras , and when i try to move the my kundalini upward it moves up and then it stuck at the begining of my spin , then my mind gets tired and i no longer able to concentrate , any advice ?
