visualization on the coccyx of bright golden color, accompanied by the spine
for a few minutes.

in-focus sensations i feel, of “transcendence”, as if i'm leaving my body and floating, along with pulling mostly in my lower body like fire crackling, and my foot chakras “firing”.

in this routine for less than a week, i felt an eruption in a failed love relationship that i had, a two days ago.

but that decreased A LOT just because I relieved myself sexually, as if it were a physical and spiritual cleansing.

current astrological transit talking about emotion and feeling strongly, but few subjects, but i didn't have any manifestation and now it's the end, i don't think it's so decisive.

is my kundalini already paving the way for ascension?
or at this time, no?

Everybody who is wondering if they are ready for kundalini rising needs to go through the Gods.

If you can't contact the Gods then you are not ready. It's as simple as that.

There's no point in asking anyone online, as we don't know you like your GD does.
