With my schedule it's a bit difficult for me to practice freely every thing I want and however I want it. I can only do physical yoga in peace between 3am and at most 7am
My question is can I use Kriyas as a substitute for Hatha Yoga or is it necessary to do both?
Kriyas are really useful for me since I can use it to heal specific part of myself and I plan to complete 3 Kriyas by the time the sun starts rising before figuring out the rest of the day.
It won't be a problem since I can easily pretend to be too tired or unwell to sleep early so as to not affect my sleep quality and end one of my most obvious practices before anyone notices anything.
