Just want to make sure that I’m doing everything right

Hello guys. I am following a 40 day program and do have some doubts that I’d like to adress. Currently, I’m working on opening my chakras. Here’s my experience in order
Third eye
When I was chanting a Thoth mantra I felt a slight presure and vibraion in my forehead. I still feel pressure in my forehead whenever I concentrate there. 
Crown chakra
I feel pressure but I did not experience any pleasant feeling as the website described. When I was chanting mantra it seemed that I saw light with my eyes closed, being in a totally dark room. 
Throat chakra
On the first day of opening throat chackra I felt ache that it was a little bit difficult to consume food. Right now when I concentrate on my throat I feel pressure as well. 
Heart chkra
I’m working on it right now. I feel a slight burn in the heart area. 
Am I doing everything right or is there anything that I should redo? Thanks for help.
