I think the OP should clarify what he's asking about. Does he want to destroy xian churches using magick, or physically? The second is obviously illegal and gives us a worse name, but using destructive runes and things like that and doing destructive rituals or thoughtforms to destroy churches is ok. All these involve your mind and mind power and nothing illegal.
