Can you accidentally make lightning strike

i remember years and years ago that there was someone who said that he could do this and even control the city electricity in the forums. but I dont remember well. maybe its time to check forum archives

I guess if there is already a lot of potential difference between the clouds and the earth (aka it's almost lightning), than it's not impossible but I would be very careful with this and only attempt as an advanced SS.

Otherwise, it require a lot of energy that probably is not so feasible. But of course it depends on how fast results you want, for example it's possible to make it rain with a necronomicon but you may need to wait a few days to make it happen and you still need to spend a lot of energy into it, but not impossible as some said they succeeded with it.

This can also be intuition or synchronicity. It's when you think about something and than it happens, it's more likely that you did not manifested that event, but your soul felt that energy before it manifested.
