The leaders know, in fact most if not all are jews themselves.

Khameini is jewish, (just look at his features he looks like an orc) the Saudi royal family are historical jews, (as well as most royal families nowadays), the Emirati royal family are jews themselves too, Egypt’s president Sisi also had a mother of jewish-morrocan origins.

Those that study islam know that islam goes hand in hand with judaism, most muslims refer to the jews as “cousins”, because even Arabic is based on Hebrew.

Also, many muslims have no problems with jews as a people, but rather “Zionism” which is stupid.
