Is it normal to feel nothing or little during meditations?

I've been meditating and making an agreement for months, but I'm going to redo the schedule due to some problems... generally in my meditations like AoC and some rituals I can't feel the energy, and if I do feel it, it's little. I don't really meditate much, nor do rituals often. I'm afraid the Gods have left me behind, that I'm not suitable for this...

Hello. Have you performed the Foundation meditation? That is what is what will train your body to feel the energy.
Definitely nothing to do with the Gods leaving you behind or anything like that

It makes me happy and relieved to know that it has nothing to do with them leaving me, usually my head creates these crazy ideas. But yes, I did the meditation, I felt discomfort in my body doing it, there were times when my inspiration "stuck". I regret not having been more committed before... but as in the ethics of "The Fall", we must rise again.

That's quite peculiar as the Foundation meditation is a rather basic meditation where you need to be very relaxed. Also energy has a unique feeling that most people can tell right away. What kind of discomfort have you experienced? Was it a pain of some sorts?

It's a big shiver all over your body.

It could be that your mind and soul still have some resistance to the perception of energies, this can be due to a type of blockage in the upper chakras.

Try using the Urüz rune for a few repetitions and then try to absorb energy in the sunlight with basic meditation or energy meditation.

The Lögr rune is also very helpful for sensitivity to energies, starting with the Moon in Cancer or Pisces.

For stubborn blocked chakras the Thurisaz rune is very good, together with this there is an exercise to better feel the energies especially after Yoga: concentration on the whole body, feel the heat and your being for several minutes and then perceive the outside with all your senses.

To perceive your energy with your hands put one hand over the other arm, you should feel the energy more and more with time, practice and patience.













Power meditation, when done consistently, increases one’s sensitivity to energy. Manipulation of energy is essential in working spells and magick. To feel your aura, run one of your hands over the top of the other, or over your forearm. You should feel the energy. You can also practice feeling the auras of friends and family members if they are interested in letting you do so. This will develop your touch sensitivity.

 
The shiver indicates that you are starting to feel the energy, the shiver could coincide with your mind's fear of opening to the energy and low levels of bioelectricity that needs to increase, it is normal in new meditators
 
Working on the Pineal Gland helps a lot on feeling the energy. Physical meditations like yoga and breathing energy seem to work better to make you feel the energy but there are going to be some days were you don't feel much and its normal.

But going into more detail, I made a pact in January, I made the schedule, but there were days when I forgot to do it, and I doubled the amount To "make up" for the day I had forgotten, but I saw that I had to be constant, So I'm going to start over TODAY. And another problem was that I didn't meditate much after the schedule, I'm here to start over And take my spirituality more seriously. I asked Satan for forgiveness before going to sleep, and I felt that I was heard, I asked the tarot, and he confirmed it to me, but that it must be worth it this time.

This is the thing I regret the most. But I will change, take it seriously, do things the right way, for the Gods, me, and for love.
 
I'm not sure what you mean by "made a pact". But it is completely normal for some days to not feel much. Usually when I'm having days like this, I'll finish up the meditation and try again later. Usually the issue is resolved and I can feel it much better. Also, the "foundation meditation" should be used at all times when meditating and visualizing. Both simultaneously feel the energy on each breath and visualize the energy/light. The shiver you mentioned is good. That's how it feels to me, too. Like a shiver or a wave of butterflies/excitement in my body or stomach. You'll also just feel an impression in the air around your chakras when you've done it right, if that makes sense... keep at it. The most important thing is you keep doing it. If you fret you're doing things wrong, it will mess with your subconscious mind and interfere with the meditation. Get that thought out of your mind and simply do the meditations without any sort of negative feeling attached to how you're doing them or feeling them.

Normalmente, quando estou tendo dias como este, terminarei a meditação e tentarei novamente mais tarde. Normalmente o problema é resolvido e posso senti-lo muito melhor. Tire esse pensamento da sua mente e simplesmente faça as meditações sem qualquer tipo de sentimento negativo associado a como você estáre fazê-los ou senti-los.

I see. Have patience brother! The Gods understand us and our lives. It will come with time. We are with the Gods for all eternity. Do not try to rush the process. Just be patient with yourself and know you will make small advancements every day.
 
So long as you're applying consistent effort on a daily basis certain results will eventually become apparent, which will hopefully motivate you.

However, it may be advisable to spend extra time and effort at the beginning to get a good 'feel' for the energies and 'perfect your technique' so to speak.

Go through and get a good grasp of each section before moving on to the next, and 'play around' until things feel intuitively correct.

Also, be patient... just because you can't 'feel' the energy yet, doesn't mean nothing is happening underneath.
 
When you are new to meditation it might be hard to feel anything due to lack of experience, later on as your energy increases it becomes hard to feel due to your baseline being higher than normal. With the later what really helps is just to get the sincerity going, instead of meditating with your mind your almost meditating with your heart. Breathing exercises help a lot with raising energy and getting the vibrations going. Just be careful if you are new to breathing exercises the more extreme/intense ones can cause new practitioners to blackout or faint. Make sure you are sitting down on a couch or somewhere you don't have to worry about falling and hitting your head. There are also a lot of milder breathing exercises, personally the more intense breathing exercises got the best results. Vibrating sound relates to breathing exercises its also effective.
