I can speak from experience I feel like absolute garbage when I go to bed past midnight. It's hard to wake up the next day and be positive, I struggle to do any meditations or rituals before work if I wake up still tired from lack of sleep. I also however have to wake up early for work. Not everyone does, Just make sure if anything you are getting enough sleep to function without outside sources like caffeine. Not that I am against coffee I drink it myself, but we shouldn't be crippling ourselves in having to get through our day like this. Caffeine should be a special treat when we need it, not a crutch. Too much of it causes insomnia and makes sleeping at night a challenge as it is. We should be getting adequate sleep so that we can tackle the day with enough energy from ourselves alone. Eating healthy and sleeping well can solve many of the issues that make you feel groggy, tired, and cranky. It's important.
