Choronzon is the demon that (((Aleister Crowley))) claims to have summoned in the desert of North Africa, but it seems he's older than Thelema. Is he of the gods or of the enemy?
Crowley had a lot of spectacles going on in his work.
As Crowley admitted and Levi also admit in their works, most of it was for shock value. We are not really talking about a "real" entity here. Even Crowley admits this was some sort of weird shock and thought exercise.
From the name "Choronzon", we get "Chronos" [time] and "Zon" which can indicate a zone. It would be indicated that this has to do with "The non time" or something similar of a concept. But other than this, Crowley writes mostly spectacle and should be treated as such.
