Or is it just repetitive training to be done everyday u til finished? And for yoga? Does kundalini and hatha need to be done everyday (like the AC AOP and VM) twice a day 108 breaths?

It's done every day and, when it comes to visualisation practice, senses, and other specific skils, it's better to do them multiple times a day, if you have the time. When you complete the programme, it's not over: you should keep working on your skills, starting from the weakest ones, and to balance the elements in your soul. The ones presented in the programme are all necessary skills for spiritual warfare and they benefit you overall in spirituality and life. You'll come across many posts here of people who neglected them or didn't do the programme altogether and now they lack the fore-understanding of what's wrong and why they can't do "X" or they don't feel "Y", and so on. Best of luck on doing it.
It would be ideal you did kundalini and hatha yoga every day. You build up to the highest number, which can be 111 or 216, as it has been find out 108 is a number of Saturn and thus not fit for general spiritual advancement. You don't start with the highest number immediately, but rather start as in the 40-days programme. You do KY once and HY once ideally. If you can do more, there's no problem with doing it but be aware of your limits.
