I have had a consistent routine of aura cleans/strengthen every morning, RTR or God ritual in the afternoon and then before bed to do aura Cleanse/strengthen again.. I want to introduce yoga to my routine but I do not think I will be able to do the WHOLE series of kundalini yoga, hatha yoga and alternate nostril all in one day. It is a bit overwhelming and I do not think I even have the time do all this. Would it be ok if I slowly introduced each one individually and then one I am ready, to connect them all? For example, for a few weeks, only do kundalini yoga, then the next few weeks add hatha yoga, and then alternate nostril breathing. I know consistency is key, and I want to make sure I feel comfortable with this whole routine to not overwhelm myself. Thank you and HAIL SATAN!
