So, a few weeks ago I started a daily meditation program, and since then I've noticed an incredibly strong increase in my sex drive. Now, my gut is telling me that I shouldn't be concerned, but I want to ask if this is normal? I recall certain meditations can increase one's sex drive, but I'm curious since I'm only doing basic breathing exercises as of now... Also, I've read in places that excessive amounts of orgasms can mess with the levels of certain brain chemicals, and I'm a little worried about that.
