Increae your Magnetism/Flow of Energy

Greetings  I was shown this meditation in a trance more than a year ago, have been doing it on and off.I do it now 3 times a week.Meditation is as follows.1)Sit against a wall (make sure your back is supported) do not do this in the middle of the room or lying down.With your legs spread out(should not be crossed).Palms touching the floor away from your body.2)Imagine yourself becoming big, bigger than your house,then see yourself in space bigger than the world.3)Then see a tube ( can be as thick as you want)coming out of your head going into space.Know that it (the tube)is connected to the source of infinite power, and this tube runs through all your major chakras (connecting the chakras to the source of infinite power)3)On the inhale breath in the energy(white/gold) from the source of the infinite power, on the exhale vibrate AUM and fill your crown chakra with the energy.Do this for 7 breaths(you can do it more or less how many ever breaths you want. Repeat the same number of breaths for all the chakras)
4)Repeat the same with 6th ,Throat,Heart,Solar Plexus,Sacral & Base chakra.
       This is the second part  was shown 2 different ways you can do whichever you want.
    Method 1
1)After you have finished breathing in the energy from the source of infinite power into all your chakras. Move the energy from the base chakra all the way to your crown chakra2)Let the energy gush out of your crown chakra and fall around you like a fountain.then collect all this energy again in your base chakra. This completes one round.
3)do either 7 or 11 rounds.

                        Method 2
1)After you have finished breathing in the energy from the source of infinite power into all your chakras.
2) See a snake enter your body from the base chakra.Make the snake go around all of your chakras one at a time then out of your crown chakra,the snake should some out of your crown chakra and should go down near your base chakra. This completes one round
3)do it either 7 or 11 times.
     Ending  the meditation
 1)After you have finished breathing in the energy from the source of infinite power into all your chakras.
2)done either  Method 1 or Method 2
3)Now make yourself small so that yo fit in your house.
4)Come out of or trance/meditative state.
5)Be seated for some time(about 5 mins) in the same position and feel the energy.

There is a lot in Old Witchcraft traditions when you look into it that has instructions for Raising the Serpent and The Magnum Opus. The Itallian Witches there was a legend of The witches of Benevento. They would dance beneath the walnut tree (The walnut symbolised the Pineal gland) The tree... the Soul and were accused of having sex with Demons and orgies with the devil by the town bishop. (Sexual energy to raise the Serpent) and so he cut down the tree. I think that part explains itself. This is another myth that was passed down through their traditions yet again disguising the Truth. Still most now who look into it miss all this.

Also in the Old Itallian Witchcraft a blue flame was kept alight on the Altar in a bowl it was said to represent the Astral world, The 'Spirits' It was called the Spirit flame. And We use also a blue fire The Blue Demonic flame.
