Images During Cleansing and AOP

Hello Brothers and Sisters, recently while cleansing or programming the AOP, I suddenly see faces of people I know with whom I have discussed or ended relationships in the past months or even years (some of them I hadn't thought about in a long time).
I think that some of the negative energies I am cleansing are somehow connected to these people, but I would like to compare with you and understand if this is really the case or if it is my mind sending me random images.

During intense periods where I come in contact with many people and often problematic situations can arise I clean my aura at least 2 times a day and I get exactly what you wrote.

It is as if I get rid of that negative energy by visualizing the source of its origin. (They are often people faces)

I see it as negative energy that is giving its last battle to stay inside your mind and soul. They reappear to slow you down and catch you off guard. At least that's how I see it, it could just be your mind playing with you.

Is normal for deep cleansing and removal of negative karma and trauma to cause flashes when it comes to the surface.
