im having trouble astral projecting

i want to do my dedication ritual in the astral like is says on the site but i keep trying and nothing i need some tips ive used binuaral beats but it dosent seem to help

You don't need to do a full astral projection to make an astral temple. You only need to fall in a medium trance and visualize your temple there.

P.S. Binaural beats suck, try isochronic tones instead they are much more effective. There are also Guided Meditation CDs you can order from JoS site to help you fall in a trance:

no ive tried isohronic tones too nothing seems to work

There is no guarantee you'll get it the first time. You don't have to astrally project to create a temple. A temple is a place you create on the astral and an open third eye and crown chakras are very helpful. You will have to go there several times to make it strong enough before you can do ritual in it. It's not a "first try, then I'm done" thing.
