I am writing this post to people who just like me at this time, are not at their most energetic.
These days I don't feel like doing anything at all, I can't study, I can't concentrate, I barely feel like getting dressed, and I don't feel like seeing anyone.
Yeah, read like this it may sound like something serious, but I assure you it is not so.

If you want to get out of this period, make sure you understand the source, for example, the cause of my malaise is stress caused by school. Also, I am not satisfied even with my meditation program and this makes me feel very bad and especially because of the fatigue that school causes me, I also find it difficult to concentrate.

Second, I definitely recommend that you write down a list of everything that makes you happy or that you know can lift your mood. Cook, meditate, do some research on the website, in short, anything you enjoy! For example I love reading, watching a TV series or dancing and singing in the shower.

Third, give yourself time! You are not a machine but human beings so if you don't feel like studying or do work at an exact time, do it in a couple of hours. Or pamper yourself after doing your duties.

What I would also like to tell you is to never neglect yourself, always take care of yourself. You are the person you can rely on 100 percent, and the first thing you have to do is to love yourself. Do that even in these moments.

I hope I have been a little helpful to you.
You are not alone, we all go through bad days or bad times, the important thing is to ALWAYS get back up! Good luck โ˜€๏ธ

I feel like a lot of people I know including me often forget about this. I feel like doing a lot of things at once to improve myself, studying , meditating , learning, working out. However, when I feel low I tend to forget that, at some point we all need rest and time to "charge our batteries". I keep blaming myself. I really appreciate this post โ™ฅ๏ธ. Thank you

I usually keep a list of everything I achived so far, for whenever I feel really low(times get more often sadly). It also keep me motivated to achive new things (like pushing up my body weight) so I can prove to myself that I, in fact, stronger than I was before

Also keep in mind that the ages of teenage till 20-21 can be really hard on the psyche since you are still at a developing stage.

I believe one of the best would be to have a programm with some excercise (sports, swimming can be great etc.) which immidiatelly can affect the psyche and develop a more euphoric state.

I developed really hard psychological problems at the age of 19 so i know what it feels like.

I wish i had spirituality in my life back then which could elevate my state of consciousness jad come out of it.

And yes, it will take some time but the better is yet to come.

I feel like I'm experiencing the same things, it seems like almost nothing makes me happy lately, I think and hope it's just a bad period and that little by little the bad times will pass, I always recommend continuing and even if possible increasing (gradually) the meditation program.

It happens with a lot of us lately. At least we have plenty of experience to treat these periods

What I always advise is to think positive and always be optimistic. Of course this negative period will pass, and I am an example of that. I had a bad morning but I decided I would give myself a break this afternoon and now I have motivation to study. As one of our brothers has already said, everything is impermanent.:giggle:
