I think from reading the other replies the person is probably into "Satanism" broadly as a cultural thing, which is also highly influenced by drugs. So he was probably high as a kite when he was writing this reply.

The place where he mentioned is filled with these people, and they unfortunately do heavy drugs, hebrew magick, and a lot of poser things, which can destroy someone. It's also filled with poser jews.
