is it wierd that i just feel suisidle when i try to take in info yall tell me and then i think of all this other sh not Satans but the other bs and the voices curse me out when i think of a good thing and i just forget put me in a bad mood sometimes but im never changing even if i cant find it hell is my right! Cleaning and protection meditations need to be done daily. You wash your body regularly as well, right? It is the same with spiritual hygiene, otherwise, you get dirty, especially given the circumstances of the current world.
