Your right but I had a back up plan since my kundalini  started rising the second time after I freed my soul I spent a few hour programing my aura to breath in white gold energy with every breath I take subconsciously I did this three days in a row and a month later Im still breathing in energy naturally as oxygen itself in a light trance I can empower any Chakra at will but the day before the rape a few days after my brother in law got shot was under some type of new reptilian  attack I have great visualization with white gold energy but when I tried I only saw pitch black naturally since I was young I survived many things full adults can survive so I'm not easy to kill but I spend a full 2 hours trying to go white gold but sense I was over powered and it was fluctuating from black and gray I ended up leaving it on gray I was to warn out to continue.. that's when the meditation stopped for three days because I wasn't  able to empower my Chakras and now this i haven't slept my third eye is extremely active I can feel it pulsing maybe father satan send me energy because in between all this I sent him energy twice and each time he watched over me while I slept but the first time he tried to take my Astral body somewhere but I woke up so he placed my Astral body back down idk where he was going to take me
