I just done this meditation and figure i would share to the likes of any appeal, once youre meditating, you can laying down or sitting up cross leg, try to visualize ball of energy the size of a dodgeball the same color as the chakra base to crown youre going to enlarge and once you have the dodgeball energy of that color with your hand chakras and guide it to that chakra and inhale the energy into that chakra visualizing the vortex enlarging do this with your 7 chakras youll realize they are the shape of hour glasses, thanks to Azazel for the beauty of alchemy so much, i had to share, tell me if im wrong if Azazel is the Alchemyist please

oh and while youre inhaling the energy into that chakra, its felt very intense to me but euphoric and left me in like a trance state, for me I had to take my time, It jus left me in that state where I could enjoy it while its spinning, I think if u focus on it before u go to next chakra for me it was spinning really fast and its pleasure for me, but everyones individual so it can vary
