I am a boy who is ** years of age i grew up with great health and abundant intelligence not once have i suffered any problem in life but i got brainwashed into sungazing which i would do for half an hour for six months regularly then i left it i would also sometimes transmutate my sexual energy by breathing whenever i had a urge and would not masturbate then i left i then was focused on my studies but after six months or so while chatting with a female i ejaculated by mistake because of the sexual attraction i was feeling for that girl mind you i am not a troll just a person seeking answers as soon as I ejaculated all my consciousness my soul fell down into the body or the ground im not sure it felt as if my life energy went all away down i felt like i almost died i then slept since then i have liquid falling in my spine in the left of my body in the right of my body and some type of feeling of liquid going in my testicles i became very weak to this day i do not even want to move at all I'm so tired all the time I cant see properly everything appear dark and empty as i have no soul i dont know what happened to me but one person here told me i have an active pineal gland causing liquid to fall in my spine rest all is a mystery please someone try to tell me what is wrong and what i can do it's hard for me to do any soul work as i feel tired all the time

Sungazing is supposed to be done for maximum of three to four minutes by gazing on the halo when the Sun is just above the horizon either during the morning or evening. Any other way is highly damaging to the retina.

As for the energy issue alternate nostril pranyama for balancing, Kundalini Yoga Sat Kriya for energy and hatha yoga asanas for opening up energy pathways are beneficial. The above should be done every day.
