👋 Hello everyone. I would so much like to be able to make the most effort on ToZ. I am undecided, very undecided, since I was little I have developed several skills, I am multifunctional, but I do not know what to do, I do not even know what I want to exercise what I mean is that I am not focused on a specific field and goal. I constantly try to do everything, I overthink, and I constantly change goals, I want to learn everything at the same time and it ends up making my work disastrous. The problem is that I really like everything I try to learn and what I know how to do and this is the problem, what to focus on? How to effectively provide efforts on ToZ, I am so sad not to be up to par, I wasted too much time thinking... I want to act. I just need support and advice, because you're the only ones I can really count on anyway. I feel like bad. 🙁

Apparently wanting to do everything seems nd to go against the Principle always taught in the Temple of not wanting to overdo it. But in fact it does not go against this principle. If you think about it, many of us are in your condition of wanting to do everything.

And it's always good if, like all things, you know how to handle it. Take for example a soul-opening program. You start out with the idea of wanting to do everything. You want to open all seven chakras along sushumna, then maybe I would like to open the minor chakras as well. One day you will advance and devote yourself to the Watchtowers so you open all 13 major chakras, and so on.

You don't start a soul-opening program with the idea of focusing five years only on the third eye every day. Wanting to improve in more things can lead you to great progress if well managed. Wanting to do everything mainly means wanting to do it well. Because if you do well, you can do everything. If you are in a hurry, you are doing it wrong and you are not doing anything.

Time is relative when it comes to spiritual development. It can seem to be slow when someone is trying very hard to open up the soul and not seeing the results they expected or hoped for (this is what happened to me at first). Whereas, some have fast progress and are excited with the results.
We are all different. Some come to the truth with physical/emotional problems (me again😒), some are in a more stable "state" of mind. Some are more open psychically because of being involved with the occult in past lives. This resulted in soul development when they came to their present life.
Whatever your situation, your path of spiritual development is uniquely yours. Opening the chakras is just the beginning; you must keep working on them every day. Form a yoga routine from the one's suggested here on ToZ to personally suit you. Same goes with breathing exercises and the power meditations. Try different ones that suit your present stage of spiritual development.
After awhile you will find what's right for you and you'll be "blasted" 😲 with the results.

In such a situation I would focus on meditation. That even rhymed  Meditation was the first thing I tried out when being new to JoS, now known as ToZ.
Meditation helps calming down the mind and getting better organized.

There is a good quote from my kundalini yoga program; "when your'e always on the move - nothing get's dealt with".
So don't be allways on the move. Still your mind with meditation and focus on the here and now - that way you can get in touch with your inner self and thus get a better feeling of what You really want. Trying to do everything at once is very chaotic instead of orderly. Meditation helps to get more orderly.

I don't do very much complicated stuff at all personally. Meditations, asanas, breath of fires, RTR's.
It's being continuous with the practice which I find to be most important. Quality over quantity.

More Earth yes, to get more grounded and less way up there sounds reasonable.
Meditate more for that yet again. Down with those airy brainwaves and connect the hemispheres, connect yourself to yourself.
In my weekly kundalini yoga program there is a warm up exercise of visualizing roots growing beneath you into the core of the earth:

I guess that can be very useful also for getting grounded.
I've done the whole one hour program of what that clip is showing for about 15 years and can basically say it's very joyful and blissful afterwards every time. So I recommend that too:
Kundalini yoga for beginners and beyond.

People here often talk about specific this and that rune or element to invoke, vibrate etc.
I feel like I'm a bit more simple straight-forward minded in that sense. Definitely not a master Yogi, but I hope I could be of some service here :D There is still hope.

Except for some, where everyone here be like:
