She is middle aged, and whenever she sleeps in the night, she wakes up in a breathless panic, feeling very choked out. Apparently she went to the doctors for this and they say its genetic, since it is also evident with her parents as well. She wakes up in a panic at nights more frequently now, and opens the windows for fresh air even though there isn't any problem with ventilation in the room or house. I fear for her sometimes.
I hate seeing her like this, what should I do to relieve her of this permanently?
