There are some bands that I listen to, but they are NOT black metal.
You might like them, but the songs are more towards Father as a Fallen Angel
One of them is an EBM (Electronic Body Music)/ Electronic group from Sweden:
Pride and Fall- Essence of Angels, the Perfect Circle
VNV Nation- Dark Angel

(listen to the lyrics... they are very powerful.)
Hail Satan! Hail the Gods of Old!

It's okay, I find it interesting. Of course as Spiritual
Satanists we know the truth, but it's interesting to see
how the other half lives, as it were.

Sweden, and the song is directed towards Lucifer, but in the Luciferic
aspect. You know, that he fell, but there is no actual god because it's just
symbolism. Like the tale of Ahriman and Zurvan in Zoroastrian religion,
where Zurvan, "the god creator" copulated with his creation, giving birth to
twins, promising superiority to the one who came out of the womb first, but
Ahriman, being Lucifer, was beauty, liberty, knowledge, purity, strength,
and all that, obviously tore through the mother's stomach. However, Zurvan
favored Ahriman's brother more, and denied Ahriman further greatness, but
Ahriman then overthrew him after it is revealed that Zurvan's intention for
humanity was nothing more but to lead them as slaves, whereas Ahriman saw
the potential godhood in all of them, (the chakras) and gave to them all he
was, within each of them.
Anyway, sorry to rant off topic, but I know a little bit about this topic.

I didn't know that about Dessection. Still, I love their music anyway.
When I hear the song God of Forbidden Light, it does seem like they're
singing to Satan/Lucifer, but that's just my opinion. I know next to
nothing about luciferianism, though. I've never heard of SDBM...where
are they from? Hail Father Satan!

Black Metal is always about the lyrics and atmosphere of the music. You
just
need to know where to look, and gain the ear for it. I used to think the
same, that it was all just screaming, but it isn't. It aims to NEVER be
pleasing to the media, and thus they are allowed to say as they please
without any controversy. If you actually listened to it, you'd see there
is
a lot of beauty. Armagedda's Helvestoner, Nargaroth's Seven Tears Are
Flowing, Behexen's Watchers Of My Black Temple, Satanic Warmaster's
accoustic version of The Burning Eyes Of The Werewolf, (and other things
by
Satanic Warmaster, they're very melodic and beautiful, in my opinion.
Like,
the songs off of the album Carelian Satanist Madness) and pretty much
any
SDBM. Also, Dissection are Luciferic, not Satanic. The difference is, is
that Luciferians are often Atheistic, and most follow lies on the side
of
The Right Hand Path thinking it is correct in the left hand path, but we
Satanists have the truth that destroys Luciferic practice. (I should
know, I
used to be a Luciferian.) I just had to say that.

Half of that black metal shit I cant even understand, I dont see the
point
of it most of the time. Just a bunch of low and high pitched screaching
like cradle of filth. Then again, there are some that the words seem to
find me rather me finding the words and then all of the sudden the song
makes sense

Â
Damien Blackheart you sent a post about Dissection and other black
metal
bands. I must say God of Forbidden Light by Dissection is just
fantastic.
I love the way this sounds.

That being said I don't usually get that much into black metal music
all
that much, there is a reason for this. I need to feel the music in
myself,
and for it to make me feel good and not all sound the same. I
especially
need the lyrics to be correct and heart felt like this song is. So,
that
being said are there any more bands like this out there, where I can
hear
the words and know what is being said, the lyrics are the most
importand
part to me. ??
