Hey, brothers and sisters.

I am at one of the heaviest and some of the hardest phases in my life currently. I am also all alone again. Backstabbed by loved ones again. Suffering from bad health.

I have lost all passion, colour, energy, love of life and people or humans in general even. The only purpose I am having currently is that I am still trying. I am really just trying so hard to do something good. Like with career, health, spirituality, etc.

Btw, yes I know this is a transit. I am having like 4 Saturn transits along with neptune, etc.

I think maturity and growing up hit me hard.

I really just wanted to vent. Since, I really have no one these days. Even if there's people.

Anything Saturn touches, it will attempt to show you what is going wrong and what you need to work on. Yet, in the end it will bring true stability to a situation, and it rewards your hard work at addressing these issues. Always work WITH Saturn, and not against it.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel here. I would highly recommend you use energy to offset these transits. For example, on the upcoming Waning Aquarius moon, you can use Fehu and Sowilo, programmed to continuously transmute the worst of any negativity. This should be continued for as long as the major transits are hitting you.

Both the upcoming Sun and Venus squares represent sources of light and pleasure which will also help anyone, so I hope you can take advantage of these opportunities.

In your daily life, remember that various addictions like junk food or digital junk will not make you happy, but rather the opposite to your mood and health. When we feel bad, it is best to relax and focus on easy activities, such as listening to music and doing the breath of fire, as opposed to a video game binge. Doing smaller, more achievable actions is the best way to climb out of a whole.

Try not to despair, as none of this will exist forever. Remember that there are always solutions which can be implemented, so keep active here.

Listen to Blitzkreig, he is right.

Sounds like you could be suffering from Betrayal Trauma. You should take a look into it and see if you are affected by it, also visit a therapist to be sure that you really are affected by it, but only if you can afford it. And if any SS here has good knowledge on Betrayal Trauma, please share it with @mercury_wisdom.

And if you do little or no exercise, do it. You don't need gym for that, you can walk, jog, dance, workout or whatever you like, just move the muscles for a while[30 mins for example]. This alone can help heal all kinds of traumas and depressions. Physical movement is necessary for the human body and mind. You can take a look at the extracted article below, our muscles release hope molecules.

Plus you are an SS, you have access to the ultimate power package, power meditations, yoga, square, mantra, or runic workings can help a lot in overcoming any kind of obstacles.

Also a bit about the 'lost love for life and humans', don't worry about that, it's common for lonely people to think like that. You don't have to love all humans. Just think of the people who were and are nice to you, or simply think of the animals. Go out for a while every other day, sit on a bench and observe whatever animals are out there, like birds, dogs, cats and etc, live for them, live to see their innocence, fight for them to protect them from the reptilian agendas, if not for humans. This may help you to regain passion for life I believe, cuz this helped me. If that little mother bird outside your home can strive to do her things and survive, why can't you or me? I know it seems like it's not a fair comparison but think for a second, for a tiny animal like that, what she does is a big thing for her, for us it may look easy. What you see is a strong bird, her will to survive for this life is not weaker than that of a lion or a human.

I know it's not easy, but just take the first step to better yourself, don't remain stuck if you are stuck. A few years ago, I myself wasted a lot of time remaining stuck, that was the biggest mistake of my life, and all it took was to ignore my guilt and do a small 40 day working to fix the issue... :|

Good luck to you mercury_wisdom, I hope this helps :)
Hail Satan!

Why Working Your Muscles Could Be the Most Powerful Antidepressant
Muscle tissue communicates directly with the brain.

Key Points
-Muscle tissue communicates directly with the brain and other organs through chemicals called myokines[AKA hope molecules].
-Through these chemical interactions between muscles and the mind, exercise improves cognitive function and mental health.
-The brain is designed for movement. This is why inactivity breeds depression and cognitive decline while exercise fuels well-being.

You're probably underestimating your muscles. In fact, almost everyone does. While everyone knows, for instance, that muscles are important for function—activities such as walking, climbing, and lifting—few appreciate just how important muscles are for feeling.

If you haven't noticed this mood-muscle connection yourself, take heart; it is only a recent discovery. Surprisingly, the entire scientific community remained in the dark until approximately 2003 (1) when a team of Copenhagen-based researchers reported a remarkable discovery: Muscles at work secrete tiny chemical messengers called myokines that exert powerful effects on organ function, including brain function (2).

Through the actions of myokines, muscle tissue communicates directly with the brain about its activity, triggering a cascade of biological responses that improve memory, learning, and mood (see Figure 1 below). This newly discovered mechanism implies that a person engaging in physical activities that build and maintain healthy muscle tissue can expect to enjoy a range of cognitive and mental health benefits. Recent clinical trials show precisely this effect (3).

If anyone has ever accused you of being complicated, they really had no idea. Although you can't tell by looking in the mirror, the body you see reflected is comprised of more than 100 trillion cells. Cells are tiny; if you put cells side-by-side in a police lineup, for example, about 200 of them would fit in a single millimeter.

But that's just the beginning of the miracle we call you. Every cell in your body is a thriving civilization in itself, populated by hundreds of millions of proteins and other molecules, each possessing a work ethic that would put John Henry to shame. Scaled to our size, your cellular citizens fly around at the speed of fighter jets, each busying themselves completing hundreds or even thousands of life-preserving functions per second. They must maintain this frenzied pace without interruption for you to survive, totaling billions of trillions of precisely performed chemical activities every day.

If you somehow possess a superhuman imagination capable of conceiving of this cellular cacophony, you may entertain a question: what powers all this? Remarkably, the enormous energy required to run your cells ultimately comes from the oxygen you breathe and the food you consume.

The latter seems important to remember the next time you don't feel like eating your vegetables. Digested to the smallest denominator, nutrients are converted by mitochondria—arguably the VIP citizens of your cells—into billions of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules per minute. Although even an ordinary cell may house thousands of these energy-producing mitochondria, muscle cells are mitochondrial beehives, possessing tens or even hundreds of thousands to power their operations. Once made, ATP is feasted upon by your cells like exhausted runners devouring PowerBars at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

Emerging almost impossibly from this molecular mayhem is you. Every thought, feeling, and action results from and depends on this unceasing cycle of energy demand and energy production. And if it isn't apparent from this description, the better your cells function at the level of the little, the better you feel and function at the level of the large.

This brings us back to resistance training. Given the vital roles your muscles play in energy production and brain function, perhaps it is time to begin appreciating resistance training and muscle building as being useful for more than athletes and magazine models.

Using your muscles against resistance, for example, is far more effective for strengthening your bones than any calcium supplement (4). Regular muscle activity also improves insulin resistance (the cause of diabetes and many other metabolic conditions) better than any prescription medicine.

And now we know that stimulating muscle tissue with resistance training has emotional effects rivaling those of conventional antidepressants and psychotherapies (3). Recent neuroscience suggests that we evolved brains for one primary reason: to move (5). Counterintuitive to our traditional preoccupation with thinking, the primary function of the human brain is to coordinate complex movement (this is probably why we have brains while giant but stationary redwood trees do not).

Recognizing this intimate connection between the brain and movement, the biological basis of the mind-muscle relationship becomes clear, and the importance of resistance training for optimal physical and emotional health becomes indisputable.

Thanks

Hang in there everything will be ok. Your efforts along with Father Satan and the Gods have brought you this far. Sometimes things pile up all at once, it can leave a person feeling so overwhelmed but the storm will pass. It's like the waves of the ocean it moves back and forth. Don't let yourself crash upon the shore, stand up and Ride the waves until they settle down. hold on and brace yourself! You haven't given up you're still trying as you've said. That's something to be proud of! That's better than giving up. Things will go back slowly and you'll recapture that spark. We're father Satan's children we're born warriors, just keep fighting this personal battle, even if you get tired, allow yourself to rest but don't give up. And never forget to confide in Your GD and Father Satan. They love hearing from us, you're not wasting their time by talking to them about how you feel. They want to help you. Trust in them. They won't let you fall. As long as you don't let yourself fall you are going to be ok.

We are always here when you need someone to talk with. That's what a family is for.

Do not lose hope brother. As Blitzkrieg said gave you some helpful tips, take to it. And don’t despair. If you need to talk give me a heads up. I hope this transit will help you move forward much stronger than before. As Blitz said, work with Saturn not against it.
