This is an advanced ability, and although you could still make progress with daily practice, you are actually better off doing other beginner activities first, like strengthening the chakras, working on astral senses, deep cleaning, and so forth.

What you are suggesting is dangerous, you shouldn't want to meet other SS anywhere, the astral especially, as who knows what could happen if this is an infiltrator you are unknowing practicing this with.

Definitely follow Blitzkriegs advice and work on other things.
