I do not feel lower chakras...

Hello. I don't feel my lower chakras when doing runes and squares, especially my base chakra which is in a week sign (not the weakest though) and my sacral chakra ( its position is relatively strong in my chart). I think I have almost no problems with my solar chakra but still don't feel it like my upper chakras ( throat chakra and the sixth chakra) . I used to have problems feeling my crown chakra but after having done spiritual squares and Ansuz rune I have finally started feeling it too.

I have two questions:

1) How can start feeling my lower chakras . If someone had the same problems share your experience please

2) I have recently noticed that something has changed in my consciousness. I started to feel like I'm a part of nature and everything in the solar system including me are interrelated , I started to understand and feel the influence of the planets in my life more.... Is this the sign of expanded consciousness? Maybe it has to do with my crown chakra which I started to feel recently?

I haven't had the same experience, but I wanted to share my thoughts that you may be possibly ungrounded if you mention a weak feeling of all the lower chakras, in combination with dreamy feelings associated with the crown chakra, but also Pisces.

What do you think about dreams? I have always dreamed a lot, but since I started meditating, it has been increasing for 3 years. Normally I started 5-6 years ago, but for the last 3 years it has become regular. I do it every day.

Really depends on the symbolism in the dreams. Are you seeing specific signs within the dreams? Events of some kind?

Once when I was a child, I dreamt that everything was on fire. That night, when everything was burning, there was a coup in my country and I suddenly woke up. My family knew about it because of me. Because we live far away. It was interesting.

In another one I was fortune telling with the element of water and a leaf on top.

One night I saw a reverse pentagram, that's how I met Paganism.

How I did it:

Try entering a trance, in a comfortable position that you can stay in for a while, and just spend time learning how to feel energies within your body. Once you've spent a good amount of time becoming acquainted with the energies buzzing around in your body, start focusing on the chakra mentally and you should start to be able to feel it. For an added boost, vibrate a mantra of that specific chakra.

Give yourself some time, like 10-20 minutes, then start trying to look for the chakra in question.

And of course it takes time, it doesn't take one session. You can have good and mediocre days too. It's normal.

I used to have issues with my 6th and now it’s my strongest. Just keep working on them. If you habe issues with the lower chakras, work more on them.

Is it okay to do the "full chakra meditation" only for the lower chakras in this case?

I also affirm after KY to empower my whole soul, but to balance the lower and the upper ones, would it be okay to temporally empower the lower chakras separately?

I may have had a similar problem. Weakness in the chakras is one thing but when vibrating into your chakras, depending on the chakra, it would be either higher or lower note as they each have their own frequency….or note as previously stated. For example lower chakras will need a lower vocal tonality or make your voice deeper to feel them. Because our vocal cords are situated in our throat it is easier to feel the vibrations in our higher chakras. A good way to adjust is to breath into your lower abdomen, to help understand this better when sitting in a chair lift your legs off the ground and where you feel your abs tighten is where you breath and vibrate the mantras/runes from. This will take time to get right but it should help

Secondly the lower three chakras do have a different feel from the upper three chakras and the heart as well, electric vs magnetic. This might take some time to understand and feel.
