I can't visualize anymore / I can't believe what I ''know''.

My imagination is fine and I have no problem imagining, but I can't visualize properly and even if I could, I don't believe it would move the energy. I know how it works but I just can't believe it.

When you imagine and focus, energy moves, but I feel like my own ideas can't move the energy properly. That's why I can't clean it. I was doing the deep cleaning work from HPS Lydia. My previous experiences were very strong and I even physically shook while cleaning. but I can't visualize properly right now. Even though I imagine it, I cannot believe it is real. It just feels like a dream.

Also, I cannot call on a god to help me for cleaning. I cannot believe that a being will hear me when I call from my mind and come to me at that moment. I know this, I just have a belief problem.

Same goes for rotating chakras. I affirm that ''my X chakra is now spinning at the speed of light" and I think of my chakras spinning extremely fast and I think of them shining like the sun in golden white color. But even if I think about it, it's hard to believe that just this thought makes my chakras spin at the speed of light.

I hope you could understand my problem. When I think about it logically, I can't find a solution to this.

Don't think about it logically. Logic is left-brain, and the occult and spirituality is right-brain. If you go at it logically then you repress your ability to let it happen.

Practice trancing and just be, while in the trance. This will help your right brain open up more, and your understanding of how astral energy and the psychic ability of the Gods work.

Don't beat yourself up for this, you have a strong Waking consciousness that will assist you as you Discern the Truth from Lies. In fact, this will further elevate your "faith" in Spirituality, if you are as stubborn as myself, you will face daily the logical arguments. The phenomenal effects of Meditation will eventually be noticed and accepted by the Logical mind.

It make's sense from a logical standpoint as well, because the brain has its own electromagnetic field which produces energy and electromagnetic signals via 'thought' in order to control other parts of the body, which can also be objectively measured using brain scanning technologies... So, don't worry about it not being "real" or whatever, because it literally and factually is a physical phenomenon that occurs.
