I can't open my 6th chakra

greetings! So like few month I started the soul opening pdf(that's how it's called in HUN, idk if the ENG version called that too) and i could open my 3rd eye easelly, but when I started the 6th chakra and did the 7 day meditation, i couldn't open it, i did not feel the pressure, and the vibration. So I stopped doing the soul opening, and just meditated on my 3rd eye and some aura cleaning ect... And now i opened my crown chakra and i still can't open my 6th chakra. Whenever I vibrate YYYAAAAAAUUUUUMMMMM I can only feel it in my crown chakra but not in my 6th chakra. I did it again 7 days long, and nothing. Can somebody give me something that could help like a tip, Aszana, Mudra? cause there is no mudra for the 6th chakra in that pdf.

Opening the Sixth Chakra is a bit more difficult, I think. I had problems with it myself, but I read something from Our wonderful High Priestess Maxine that the Sixth Chakra needs light. I sat out in the sun and breathed energy into it several times over several days and succeeded.

The Sixth Chakra can be stubborn to open for some. You can try using Thaum to further activate and opening it. It is important to focusing upon the Chakra you are working with after vibration to help your mind in sensing it and to direct energy into the Chakra.

Try to breathe in white-gold energy through your Third Eye and into your Pineal Gland for a few breaths to activate your Pineal Gland, which will also help locating and feeling the Sixth Chakra.

Do not get discouraged if you cannot "feel" or sense your chakras. This will come in due time as you stay consistent with power meditation. Other approaches such as physical asanas will further aid in opening blockages in the energy pathways, which helps to further circulate your Prana. This will again aid in being able to feel and sense your chakras.
