Good afternoon, brothers and sisters. I am a member of the Russian-speaking movement Joy of Satan.
I'll try to briefly describe my situation and would appreciate any help or sage advice
I live in Ukraine and as you all know, there is a war going on here, not only with the external aggressor, but also with the internal one. People live in constant stress, laws are becoming increasingly difficult to live by. It seems that the atmosphere itself is saturated with heaviness. Of course, as a Satanist, I am very careful about what is happening in the country and believe that I will be able to reject the role of victim and slave and not follow the lead of crazy politicians. But soon I will be another year closer to mobilization age. And in less than a month, men who have not updated their data will, according to the new law, begin to be fined and their freedoms further limited.
I love my country, I love cities, people. The nature here is truly beautiful. You may know about the Carpathian Mountains, these are amazing places of power. Therefore, I would not really like to leave the country, but the question first comes not in desire, but in common sense. Now, even though the borders are closed to travel, there is a chance to leave the country illegally.
And here the most difficult thing for me is to decide: should I leave the country, travel to others, develop comprehensively, earn money and some semblance of power (with the hope of returning back one day)
Or try to gain that power here, make money, and move beyond being vulnerable to the decisions of those at the top? The first option fascinates me incredibly. To fulfill this desire to see the world, gain new knowledge, experience, live freely, but at the same time there is a feeling of some responsibility for life in this country.
