I wanted to apologize to a few people for my lately erratic behavior in certain posts.

My emotions have been ruling over me more lately since I've been taking birth control for a medical condition I have.
I know it's not an excuse and I apologize.

I hope you can forgive me and we can all grow from this (mostly me).

I don't know anything about it, but I don't think it's that important. Gods want us to become better and that's why they raise us.

Things may go wrong in life and if there is nothing we can do about it, I don't think it is right to worry about it too much.

I'm not a woman, I don't know much about women's health. But I found this lady the other day who hosts a health podcast and she seems to do alot of episodes on women's health and PCOS. Maybe you will learn something from her.

Mari Llewellyn seems to have a very wholesome view on health, promoting clean eating, a clean environment free of pollutants and exercise, I think she has a good podcast. I found her through this video that talks about corruption in healthcare and how the system is incentivized to keep people sick. Very good episode.

The guest in this one says that PCOS is tied into insulin resistance/metabolic disease.

This explains why another doctor told me to take Metformin, which lowers blood sugar levels in my system.

ooofff idont know why this is happening and it is so common. my almost all friends have pcos. even if i go to check up, probably i have too. i had to get period 10 days ago, and i still didnt. it should be per 28days but mine is like per 45 days lmao. i think it is because we have too much hormonal fast food.

fkn birth control pills have too many side effects, but there really is no alternative medicine on the pharmacy. people are building life on mars, but they cannot find less side effects of these birth control pills

A bit late here but I can tell you from certain sources that birth control pills have more side effects than most of the drugs, from common side effects to chronic illnesses. They can be even fatal by affective the blood circulation. Not wanna scare you, this may be very uncommon to happen, but it's still a possibility which I would not take. I would recommand you to look into other options you could have, if possible. But hear me, sometimes doctors prescribe these pills for conditions that don't require them necessarily. Sometimes, plant based medicine can work even better. Anyways, take care and I hope everything will work in your favor! Hail Satan!

You' re welcome ! Also, I failed to mention it, but there are a lot of women out there with PCOS, unfortunately it's a very common problem that can affect your life and your body. I, myself, looked into this a while ago and I can't exactly remember the sources and videos I watched, but some studies and even true cases show that a healthy change in your diet and workouts can at least ease most of the symptoms. Hope this can help you!
